After the 1st day of work at Hilton hotel as banquet.. YAWEN IS CERTIFIED DEAD..

i always thought that i m very strong already coz i used to work in hilton as a kitchen helper and it is very tough.. have to carry alot of heavy things and all.. i rmb i even fainted after working for 2 weeks non-stop.. without a offday.. i already thought that nth can be more tough than kitchen helper already..

TILL I WORK AS A BANQUET!! omg.. the pay is so little and i have to work like twice as hard and twice as long.. its no kiddin man.. my whole body is aching from skin to bone and back to the skin again.. so exhausting !!

my job scope:

1. polish the wine glass till it sparkles
   
2. polish all the bowl, plate,cup,spoon,fork.. watever u need for makan..
3. set up table
4. arrange chairs
5. prepare the whole ballroom for event
6. serve food to guest
7. top-up guest's drink
8. serve cocktail *killer*
9. secretly eat some of the good food
10. smile to the guest
11. work like a cow.. drain every bit of ur strength away..

on the 1st day of work.. me and kt was early for 30mins lo.. in fact i m early for 30 mins everyday for work.. this is becos i have an eye candy!! HOHOHO!! but he is a muslim.. sian.. and he is from sri lanka.. double sian.. but he has damn nice dimple and super white teeth and beautiful eyes.. gosh!! and he is a soccer super star.. he help hilton play soccer and win other hotel.. at 1st i thought he is singaporean bcoz his eng is very good, compare to others.. he is very nice to me n kt.. we LIKE !! =DD

also on the 1st day of work i m a guy's eye candy.. DAMN!! i dun like him.. he is our captain somemore.. he bring me to a smaller room and ask me to set up the table and chair then he say he wan me to b his darling!! omg!! then i immediately scream for help already..LOL.. but he continue "think of a place, you really wanna go but dun have the chance to go, i will bring you" wa lao.. i heard already my tears wanna come out le.. T.T he look like 22-23 but he is 28 years old and he is super black.. kt called him the "ah bu neh neh!!" WHAHHAHAHAH.. we seriously dun like him!! can die one!! ROAR!!

even though work is hard but it is nv boring unlike office job =]]

guess wat this is??!! its actually coffee tablets!! LOL.. i nv see or heard of this before.. very cute lo.. but look like condom =X u can actually pop this thingy into a coffee machine and make coffee damn stylo milo..

starfish ring and necklace from a branded jewellery shop cant rmb the shop name.. located at the 1st lvl in hilton hotel.. i will only get married if i have a starfish ring!! whaha.. just kidding..

on lovely thursday, shues gt a dinner date wif a FIREMAN!! so cool rite.. but they nv exchg pic b4.. so both of them dunno how each other look like.. gals out there please dun try this at home or anywhere else.. if u dunno how the other party look like, u might be in for a scare.. and shues was clever not to go dinner date alone wif mr fireman.. she asked me along and another diving fren who also noe this fireman... the fireman is a DESPERADOS who wanna date shues out..!! and as usual i was late.. and i had to find my own way to Jack's Place.. HOHO!! steak!! i love =]]

before i reach jack's place at amk there.. shues suddenly called and she say "yawen!! i regretted i should never have agree to this dinner date and i shouldn't asked you along!!" i was so shocked to receive a call like that so i asked "shues, he very fat and ugly ah??" then shues say "he not fat but his face................." and i think i got the hint.. so i asked again "shues the fireman the face kana fire burn ah??" then shues reply "yah!" then i sian already.. but still manage to drag myself to jack's place where half of my heart is aimmin for the steak.. =]]

and the despo fireman is the guy in stripe polo tee.. my impression of him even before i saw his face, is very bad already.. coz i keep thinking how a face kana burn fireman would look like.. i already imagine till like its the end of the world.. then when i finally reached the place.. i saw his face ok la.. not very er xin.. still can eat.. =X

after talkin to him and all i think he is damn yaya papaya.. he is 28 years old but he is a super distracting attention seeker who like to date innocent gals out.. before i reach jack place shues still send me a sms "yawen, please try.. try to treat him nice" coz shues noe that if i dun like somebody i will kill him one.. =X ops.. so i nv kill him.. haiz..

me and shues keep exchanging sms that we hope to leave this place fast.. coz we cannot tahan that guy.. his name is ERIC.. eeeeeee.. eeeeeeeeeeeeeric..

the main reason why shues will unluckily kana this dinner date is becoz she is pursuing her dream to bcome a paramedic.. and the guy beside the fireman is a paramedic and the whole dinner chat was about paramedic. which i personally think that its a very exciting job where i m never ever goin to have the guts to do.. lol

i sinfully munch down 2 slice of cakes.. during the dinner.. yummmmmmmmm =]] paisei my pic quality sux! i need a camera!!

after dinner, me and shues was damn happy!! we wanna dash home straight away but the fireman ask if we wanna go shues's diving fren house.. then i was thinking "wat the hell is this fireman guy tryin to do??!!" so i shoot him "go his house for wat??" DAMN DISGUSTING LA!! we manage to escape from him.. so i shall end his evil talkin here.. =X

one lovely tuesday, me and kaiteing went to hilton to report to chef linda.. who is ger's mom.. at 1st chef martin wan to put us in the checker's kitchen to work.. but those adult keep discussing and finally i wonder how.. we ended up as banquet staff.. which i have never ever tried before.. i even thought nothing can be more tiring and tough than kitchen work already.. till the 1st day of work.. haiz..

a guy tour us around the whole of hilton where we will b working soon.. there is level 23-24, some place where i never ever explore before when i was a kitchen helper last time.. LVL 24 GOT SWIMMING POOL!!! so stylo.. i forgt to take pic!! sadded.. lol

me and kt was so excited to work there.. LOL.. coz we hate office work..lol

after hilton tour we went shopping for hair net, black skirt, black shoes and sockings.. thats wat our uniform is goin to be like.. lol i forgt to take pic of us wearing uniform also.. sad.. i still think quite sexy one.. LOL =X

this however is not our uniform..LOL , we went zara to "try" clothes only. As we are too free already. Practicing TaiTai's life.. if u ever wonder how business mode yawen look like??.. TADA!! i think i gt the manager look!! whahha.. just kidding =X and the blazer make me look fat!! lol


kt and me are craving for some salmon, so i brought kt to the sushi place where shues and her ally always go for sushi buffet. The place is at cineleisure lvl 5 if i m not wrong.. called suki sushi.. i think.. u can order salmon for all u wan for just $20 their lunch buffet.. I LOVE.. BUTBUTBUTBUTBUTBUT due to the fact that me and kt are Miss Late and Miss Evenlater the timing for the lunch buffet was 12pm to 5pm, we reached the place at 5.15pm.. DAMN!! we missed the buffet lo.. i heard that kaiwei laugh till her teeth drop..LOL.. we so unlucky one leh.. so we order other things to eat instead while watching other people eat buffet beside us.. sad one.. kt order salmon don?? salmon with rice look damn nice lo.. the above pic is the proof.. =]]

note to self: after i get my 1st pay i must jio kt back to eat salmon.. and drag shues along.. mayb she will ask her ally to come also.. OK SET LE!! HOHO!! anybody wan salmon date please tag on the board.. =]]
