currently having service ambassador training at ocbc headquarters.. having exams on 3 sept.. my god.. i need to know all the product knowledge.. must study hard in the weekends.. lucky wk say he will company me study.. then i can ask him all the chim stuffs.. WAHHAHA.. =]]

last week was the certified service profession course.. it was very fun and interesting.. where we have catwalk.. 1 minute of fame.. role play.. i wonder why i have problems when interviewing as show presenter in zoo last time.. in the course everything is like so natural.. trainer say act then straight away can act one.. that course really help to build confidence in people and change all our negative mindsets into positive mindsets.. and they even teach us how to deal with nasty customers.. very useful if anyone is interested in the service line.. they also teach you how to speak in a nicer way to customers too.. i miss my class.. i miss the coffee break parties that we had.. how i hope the course is more then 5 days..

meet wk after work.. and i suddenly have this very xin fu feeling inside me.. being able to meet bf after work is the bestest thing that can ever happen.. i like.. its like having a goal everyday.. =]]

am wearing super high-heels almost everyday.. and my feet is still coping well.. more and more comfortable already =]]..

am posted to buona vista branch.. and i am very sad.. haiz.. ITS SOOOOOOOOOO FAR!! but its near to wk's work area.. so can look forward to see wk coming to my work place everyday.. got motivation already.. =]] now i wish i stay at west side..
