wk just started his part time uni, now i have alot of spare time.. to lky and shues please date me out on mon and thur coz i am so free!! LOL.. if not i m already starting to preparing for my degree. borrowed books from library and reading them at every lunch break.. i think i am going to study economics and finance.. everybody is telling me econs is very hard must write essay and english must be good..

at some point of time in my life i thought i can never ever study again as i have been trained to think creatively never to memorize, drawing instead of writing, but i cant let this silly mindset takeover.

another than my language barrier i believed i will get my degree..

so now have to read plently of books.

my new csm is an old and useless csm.. i cannot tahan.. everytime i go into the backroom to refill water i am being throw an task.. which is not part of my job.. who's going to comb quene and entertain customer when i am doing rubbish for her..??
-am i suspose to call other csm FOR HER??
-am i suspose to call customer for follow up FOR HER?
-am i suspose to call loan operation FOR HER??
-am i suspose to call clearing & giro FOR HER??
why would they want to talk to me a lower graded staff compare to her..
thus i always have to say "my csm ask me to call u"
buay tahan one..
today i got another even more ridiculous task..
i was taught how to use sibs to check customer credit limit when my own sibs dun have the function coz i am not bo rank.. then i still ask them "you mean i can use other ppl's sibs??" and she say if only i ask permission.. crazy.. so next time i go to look for her and say "excuse me i need to use your computer!" really is siao one.. cannot tahan.. i thought its against bank policy to access other ppl's sibs. they should go for refresher course..
the worst thing is she push so much rubbish for me to do because she is busy and she thinks i am not busy. she hids in the back room and there is no cctv in there for her to see how much cutomer out there i need to manage. as its cny season and everybody WANTS to come to the bank for changing of new notes..

if i am the only one having prob with her then mayb there is something wrong with me.. but currently all the sales staff and sa got this prob and i am already starting to think tt drinking tap water from the toilet doesnt seems a bad idea as long as i dun go into the back room..

its thursday nite today as i am typing this i need to get it out somewhere as wk got sch today and i cant tell him.. normally if i tell him i will feel better say out then will forget le.. when i forget, tt's when i nv blog.. wahaha.. thus i blog very little only upload pictures only.. LOL..
