the design on my kimono..


our dinner and dance this year is at the open air area in Vivo.. the place was totally transformed into a club.. the mc said, "we bring the club to you!".. the music was great, mc was entertaining and humorous, but the night was quite humid and warm for our branch, as we decided to all wear kimono/yukata since the theme was . The food was buffet style, a great disappointment for me especially. i was hoping the food were from some of the restuarants there..


there was a traffic jam, we ended up late and was forced to sit right at the top, imagine how hard it is to walk in a kimono as we have to walk in micro steps and we still need to climb to the top..


i finally understand why the japanese carry a fan around when they are wearing a kimono..

i researched, rent and collect the funds for the costume with the help of jasmine.. tired.. she is very pleased, even thanked me and commented that it was a good experience for her.. i even had to research how to wear the costume then guide and help everybody..


went ion with shues and we ate this chocolate banana fish shape thingy.. YUMMY!!











































ocbc started this thingy, so every month we have to stay back for a day in branch eat some snacks and just talk.. talk about work and gossip.. LOL
